Connect to Your Project Site
First, you'll need to pull in your tasks and checklists from your project site.
Easily enter the account info required by your project site. (Don't know your info? Visit our FAQ to learn more.)
Customize Your TimeThis
Set up your preferences so TimeThis behaves how you want it to.
You can choose whether to launch TimeThis at startup, to play a reminder for a running timer, to save timers and more!
Choose a Project and Task
Once you're connected to your project site, find a task to track time for on the Projects tab.
Choose a project in the drop-down menu.
Set your rounding and billing prefs for the project.
Find a specific task.
Add a task to your site right from inside TimeThis!
Click the stopwatch icon to create a timer on the Timers tab.
Clicking a task opens your project site in a TimeThis browser window.
Save Your Timers
If you've got timers you use on a regular basis, the Timers tab can save them so they'll be there tomorrow!
Pause your active timer with the Pause button.
Remove a Timer
Remove a timer when you're done with a task.
Start tracking time on an active timer with the Play button.
Collapse the Project pane to hide a project's timers.
You just timed that with TimeThis!
Start your timer too late or pause it too soon? Click the time to edit it before posting.
Leave a note for yourself or your boss by adding an optional comment to the time you're posting.
Change the start time, as well as the start day, month or year.
